Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Mussoorie
Morning pickup from Delhi. Drive to Mussoorie via Meerut and Roorkee (275 km / 7 hrs). Enjoy scenic views of the Shivalik hills along the way. Arrive Mussoorie by afternoon, check into hotel. Evening: stroll along the vibrant Mall Road for shopping, street food, and cafe hopping. Enjoy the panoramic views of the Doon Valley lit up at night.
Day 2: Mussoorie Full Day Sightseeing
Breakfast at hotel. Full day exploring the Queen of Hills. Visit the spectacular Kempty Falls (15 km from Mussoorie). Take the Gun Hill cable car — second highest point with panoramic Himalayan views. Visit Lal Tibba — the highest point in Mussoorie. Explore Company Garden with its beautiful flower beds. Enjoy boating at Mussoorie Lake. Visit the historic George Everest House — home of Sir George Everest who measured Mount Everest. Walk along Camel Back Road for scenic ridge views. Evening at leisure on Mall Road.
Day 3: Mussoorie to Dhanaulti & Kanatal
Breakfast and checkout. Drive to Dhanaulti (32 km / 1.5 hrs) at an altitude of 2,286 meters. Visit Dhanaulti Eco Park — spread over 13 hectares in two sections (Amber and Dhara) surrounded by dense deodar and oak forests. Trek 1.5 km to Surkanda Devi Temple at the summit for breathtaking 360-degree Himalayan views including Bandarpunch and Swargarohini peaks. Continue to Kanatal and check into Swiss Camp — glamping with wooden beds and attached washrooms. Evening trek to hilltop for Himalayan sunset. Night: bonfire with live music, stargazing, and vegetarian snacks under the stars.
Day 4: Kanatal Adventures & Tehri Dam Excursion
Breakfast at camp. Morning: adventure activities at Kanatal including Burma Bridge, Zip Line / Flying Fox, Commando Net Climbing, Tyre Crossing, and optional rappelling. Afternoon: drive to Tehri Dam & Tehri Lake (35 km / 1 hr) — sightseeing at Asia's highest dam on the Bhagirathi River. Optional water sports at Tehri Lake: jet skiing, banana boat ride, speed boat, kayaking, and surfing (at extra cost). Return to camp for final bonfire evening and dinner.
Day 5: Kanatal to Delhi
Breakfast and checkout from camp. Drive back to Delhi (300 km / 8 hrs) via Chamba, Rishikesh, and Haridwar. Drop at Delhi airport or railway station by evening. Tour concludes with unforgettable memories of mountain adventure.
